We offer a 24-hour refund window for all services. If you're not satisfied, you can request a refund within 24 hours of your purchase (please note that you will be responsible for exchange charges).

• Users must comply with Minecraft's End User License Agreement (EULA).
• Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials.
• Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

  • Attempting unauthorized access to servers

While we aim to provide 99.9% uptime, MineHosting is not liable for:

• Temporary service interruptions
• User-caused server issues
• External factors beyond our control

6. Data and Backups

Users are responsible for maintaining their own backups. While we provide backup slots, we recommend regular independent backups.

7. Termination of Service

MineHosting reserves the right to terminate services for users who violate these terms, with or without prior notice.
